菜泡饭Vegetable Rice

用料MATERIALS:

1.青菜 Pak Choi

2.米 Rice

3. 水 Water

4.盐 Salt

做法PROCESS:

1.锅里倒入米,洗净后用水煮至8成熟 Wash rice, Boil rice to be 80% ripe

2.青菜洗净,沥干水分,切小段 Wash Pak Choi, Cut into Slice

3.将青菜放入锅中,继续煮至快沸 Boil Pak choi together with rice, Mix them, Boil until rice is ripe

4.调入适量的盐,熄火蒙一会即可 Put Salt ,Switch off cooker,Wait for several minitus

小贴士TIPS:

1.根据个人喜好,调节用料 Material can be put based on personal favour

2.青菜不能放太早,以免变黄,失去营养价值 Do not put Pak Choi too early. Otherwise, it will be yellow and lose nutrition
