猪骨拉面PORK RAMEN

pork ramen用料MATERIALS

1.猪骨汤料Pork Soy Soup

2.猪骨片 Pork

3. 拉面 Japanese Ramen

4.葱 Spring onion

5.海带Seaweed

6.豆芽Beansprout

7.熟鸡蛋 Hard-boiled egg

 

做法PROCESS

1.锅里倒入水和猪骨汤料 Boil water with Pork Soy Soup

2.将拉面倒入汤料中煮至八成熟数 Put Japanes Ramen in the boiler until 80% ripe

3.将海带和豆芽放入锅中,继续煮至快沸 Put Seaweed and Beansprout inside, Mix them, Boil until Ramen is ripe

4.熄火,放入葱,猪骨片和去壳的半个鸡蛋,蒙一会即可 Switch off cooker. Put Spring Onion,Pork and Half boiled egg without shell inside.Wait for several minitus

 

小贴士TIPS

1.根据个人喜好,调节用料 Material can be put based on personal favour

2.豆芽能放太早,以免变黄,失去营养价值 Do not put Beamsprout too early. Otherwise, it will be too soft and lose nutrition。

3.葱,猪肉片和鸡蛋只是为了浸入汤汁入围,不需要搅拌。Do not mixed Spring Onion,Pork and Half boiled egg.
