Pick up from Airport and transfer to Hotel
After breakfast, we directly go for a well-paced London Historical Walking Tour which will accompany you to see including Buckingham Palace, Parliament House, Westminster Abbey, Tower Bridge.
In the afternoon, we will visit the famous British Museum after taking lunch in the city center with plenty of choices whether China Town or Little Italy.
After breakfast, it is time to visit Royal Observatory, situated on a hill in Greenwich Park, overlooking the River Thames. It played a major role in the history of astronomy and navigation, and is best known as the location of the prime meridian, and thereby gave its name to Greenwich Mean Time.
Next on our schedule is a 2-hour Charles Dickens Walking Tour follow in his footsteps on a Dickens-packed tour that will follow him from his childhood, on through his formative years as a budding author and into to his latter years, when he had assailed the dizzy heights of English literature to become one of the most famous, and instantly recognisable, people of the Victorian age. It is including a visit to a secret garden , surprises abound, London’s Oldest Market and Gothic Church.
On our way to City, we pass Tower Bridge and Tower of London, a historic castle located on the north bank of the River Thames in central London. It has played a prominent role in English history and served as palace, arsenal, treasury, and even a prison. It is home to the Royal Mint, Crown Jewels of England and having survived many bloody battles and outlived many British Monarchs.
Then we will watch a famous musical after lunch.
After breakfast, it is time to visit the national educational treasure: Cambridge University. In addition to a strong academic atmosphere, Cambridge is the spiritual home of many dignitaries who started their dreams and hopes for the future amid the pastoral landscapes, picturesque rivers and imposing architecture.
We proceed our journey to York, a medieval melting pot of Roman, Saxon and Viking culture. The city is mostly kept immaculate from the middle ages and shows the agricultural heritage of Britain. We visit York Minster, the largest Gothic cathedral in northern Europe. Then we will step up onto York city walls dating back to Roman times. For those keen to buy local produce and craftworks, there will be time to wander around.

In the morning, we drive straight to Lake District, west to the north of England. On our way, we will stop by Dove Cottage. Dove Cottage was the first family home of Britain’s greatest poet, William Wordsworth. The tour will help you explore the traditional Lakeland cottage and home of the famous poet William Wordsworth and discover what life was like at the turn of the 19th Century.
We will then have lunch in Ambleside,where is the world’s best gingerbread shop based. After Lunch, we will have a short talk with the manager of the Grasmere gingerbread.

We continues on to the Lake District. The Lake District National Park is the most cherished and popular national park in the United Kingdom. We will have a special experience today to have a high English tea in the World of Beatrix Potter. No lunch.
After visiting the World of Beatrix Potter, we can opt in to have a relax in Windermere ,
|Sep 7||8||Lake District – Stratford Upon Avon-Oxford|
A breath-taking drive will take us to the famous English playwright and poet William Shakespeare’s hometown, Stratford-upon-Avon. A desirable location which was also the back drop of Hollywood blockbuster movie – ‘Shakespeare in Love’. From the cobble-stoned streets to the drinking holes, theatres and road signs, everything breathes and lives Shakespeare. It is a heaven for romantics at heart. Upon arrival, we will visit Shakespeare Birthplace and Royal Shakespeare Company
After Breakfast, we are direct to Oxford. The university town of Oxford has a crucial place in the history of Britain’s education and countless notable figures have studied here over the centuries! Have a look at our choice of Oxford Walking tours and walk the pretty cobbled streets for yourself. Oxford’s amazing architecture and absorbing history make this city a must-visit location.
After lunch, we are going to Heathrow, flying back to Singapore.
